Use of EDI Web Mail System
Mail service of EDI City is running on a high performance mail server with an advanced email system equipped with POP3 and web interface, frontline antivirus, spam blocking, anti-hacking, and bad language filtering.

You can use our webmail interface to send, receive, delete emails, and manage your mail account directly in the mail server.
Features:
1. Change your password
(Also change your password setting in your Outlook Mail Account. Tools > Mail Accounts > View & Change > User Information )
2. Set Auto-Forward function
3. Set Auto-Reply Messages:
Auto Reply Message
Out of Office Message
4. Remove corrupted mail
If your Outlook is blocked by corrupted mail, select such mails, use Delete, and Purge to remove the mail directly from the mail server.
5. Other advanced features: Set default compose language to Chinese, auto signature, etc.

Setup Your Outlook Email Account
MS Office Outlook / Outlook Express:
Tools > E-mail Accounts > View & Change >
Select the name of E-Mail account, and press "Change..." button.
Input your mail account login details in "Logon Information"
- SMTP: mail.edicity.com
- POP3: mail.edicity.com
- Enter your User Name, and Password
